Burst Water Pipe Procedure


  • Turn off electricity to the hot water in the lobby on your floor
  • Turn off water main in your unit. The tap can be found in the utility cupboard, kitchen or near your hot water system
  • Notify Sydney Property Care (02 91612981 monitored 24/7) or Jameson & Associates (Phone: 02 8969 3300)

If the problem is your hot water system, this is the responsibility and expense of the owner. However, please contact the Strata Plumber; Paul Fallon (0417 015 476), who will be able to verify the problem if you are unsure.
