Minor Renovation Guidelines

Owners wishing to do minor rennovations such as flooring or carpet replacement, installing air conditioning units or any internal wall structural changes, or changes affecting wiring, cabling, pipes or ducts are required to advise the Owners Corporation Committee prior to commencing. Owners should review the appropriate Guidelines and By Laws below and submit required details on the related Minor Renovation Application form for approval prior to any work commencement. submission of the

Major Rennovations

Major renovations include any structural changes to walls, or major bathroom renovation or plumbing work requiring waterproofing certification,  (see By Law Definitions or consult with the committee before proceding). These projects require similar supply of information to Minor Renovation Guidelines and these must also be approved by an Extraordinary meeting of the Owners.
